My name is Aly Hughes. I'm a follower of Christ, military wife, mom of three silly, blue-eyed boys and one precious baby girl, lover of SWEET tea, and master of all movie quotes!
ABOUT
ME
I started Aly Hughes Photography when my big boys were tiny and I was just trying to learn how to use my camera to take sweet photos of them. And somehow it turned into my "job" even though it's WAY too much fun to be considered work. Becoming a photographer had always been one of those dream jobs that I was sure would always just be that; a dream. The Lord is so faithful though, isn't He? Becoming a full time photographer has been such a blessing to us. I am able to continue to stay home with my sweet children and enjoy this special age with them but also get to do a "job" that I really love!
How I got started
I love looking back at photos of my mom, dad, and grandparents and seeing what they looked like and seeing things they did. And so, I developed a love for taking pictures...lots of pictures! I love documenting special events as well as everyday moments.
Now that I've become a mom, that love for capturing precious moments has only increased. I want to be able to remember every little roll on their chubby legs and every sweet smile. They change so quickly but I can freeze each sweet stage with a photograph that always stays the same.
Life goes by in a flash and babies don't keep. Let me preserve your family's sweet memories, no matter what stage in life you may be in, so that they will never be forgotten.
